The so-called “SAVE” Act would make it harder for millions of Americans to cast their votes—especially LGBTQ+ voters, military voters, Tribal voters, rural voters, and tens of millions of married women and transgender individuals—while sowing disinformation about election integrity. The bill would require every single American citizen to provide very specific documents, such as a passport or birth certificate, in person when registering to vote or updating their voter registration.
And if that wasn’t enough, due to pressure from the President, some Senators are trying to add anti-trans provisions to this already terrible bill that would target transgender youth. Join us in protecting the right to vote.
